Commercial Mediation

The goal of commercial mediation is to arrive at a resolution that is acceptable to both sides, while avoiding the costs and delay of litigation. Often the services of a disinterested third party are useful for reaching a resolution in a time and cost-efficient manner. With over twenty years of conducting commercial negotiations, Mr. Berck has the skills necessary to be a successful mediator and has mediated cases of different sizes and kinds, using creative thinking to construct and suggest satisfactory solutions that leaves both sides with a settlement which allows them to move on.
